Our materials are a mix of brand new and vintage as we are always looking for ways to reduce waste and to give you the opportunity to discover treasures you might not otherwise encounter.

Our jewelry & accessories are made of a mix of the following (new & vintage): glass, pearls, metal, resin, stones, gems, crystals, plastic, thread, and wood.

Our stationery is made of a mix of the following (new & vintage): scrapbooking paper, recycled paper, stickers, magazine cut outs, wax seals, bookmarks, and alphabet cut outs (ransom notes style).

ZAHRAAXIX is proud of their commitment to sustainability and being eco friendly. Here are some ways we reduce waste and protect the environment:

• We craft our treasures in slow made small batches to avoid overproduction.
• We thrift vintage pieces and give them new life whenever possible.
• Some of our treasures are made from upcycled materials such as jewelry upcycled from paper and wax seals upcycled from expired makeup.
• We use low waste biodegradable packaging.
• We reuse plastic packaging instead of buying new. (all our bubble wrap is reused from packages we received!).
• Some of our packaging are upcycled from shipping labels leftovers.
• We reduce waste by combining our Thank You cards and Jewelry Care cards into one 2 sided card.

We are continuously looking for ways to be gentle with and honor mother Earth. Our treasures are made with love for both you and our planet ♡

Items are restocked regularly unless they're a OOAK piece meaning it's one of a kind and has been guaranteed as such to the client. If you're interested in a OOAK piece, you're encouraged to adopt it ASAP as it will not be restocked.

To increase your chances of collecting your treasures, be ready when a new shop drop is underway!

Best way to keep track of new shop updates is to join our email list. You will get first access to new items before I announce them to the public! (and exclusive discounts and freebies too)

Other than that, follow us on TikTok as we announce new items all the time. You never know when your new treasure will spawn!

Once orders are shipped, it's out of our hands and in the hands of the shipping service.

if you'd like to be able to track your order, you may opt in while choosing your shipping method at check out.

Please note: due to the high rates for tracked shipping for some of our clients, especially internationally, in an attempt to lower the cost, we offer untracked lettermail shipping on most of our products. Despite the inability to track it, we are proud to say we haven't had a single order get lost or not delivered.

Please be mindful of typical delays during holidays or strikes.

All products are final sale. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages as that is out of our hands.

Refunds may be granted depending on the situation. While we are confident in our quality, the nature of handmade products allows for human imperfections. If you have any issues with your order, please get in contact with us and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.

Please note: damage caused by shipping services are not refunded as that is not a quality issue but a transportation issue.
