Hey there! Thanks so much for supporting handmade — every item in our shop is crafted with love and care. Because of the nature of handmade goods, here's what you need to know about returns and refunds:

Returns

We don’t accept returns at this time. Each piece is made to order or in small batches, so all sales are final. Please double check your order before completing your purchase and don’t hesitate to reach out if you have questions before buying!

Refunds

While we don’t do returns, we do want you to be happy. If your item arrived damaged, or you received the wrong thing, please get in touch within 1 week of receiving it.

We’ll do our best to make it right. A refund may be issued depending on the situation, and we might ask for:

• A photo of the issue

• Your order number or receipt

If a refund is approved, it’ll be sent back to your original payment method. It may take a few business days to show up, depending on your bank.
